3-5 Day "Rush" Service:
Your order will be shipped 3-5 working (business) days after it is received. There are occasions when this may be necessary when your customer has not planned ahead or to meet emergency situations. The following criteria must be met: "3-5 day Rush" must be clearly marked on order and is extended to credit-established (credit- or credit-card approved) customers, unless the catalog indicates service is not available. It will be shipped 3-5 working days after receipt of complete order and acceptable artwork. (i.e.: an order received by 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time on Friday will be shipped the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by end of day.) Order and acceptable art must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time. If order is received after 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time, it will be considered received the following working day.
Art must meet requirements listed below or as listed on web site: www.apspecialties.com. Art that is e-mailed should be e-mailed to: art@apspecialties.com. Files over 5Mb must be submitted using our file transfer site www.sendingart.com and must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time.
Orders will be shipped by regular ground service unless specified on the order. Available on Catalog items where indicated.


24-Hour "Special" Service:
Your order will be shipped the day after it is received. There are occasions when this may be necessary when your customer has not planned ahead or to meet emergency situations. The following criteria must be met: "24-Hour Rush" must be clearly marked on order and is extended to credit-established (credit- or credit-card approved) customers, unless the catalog indicates service is not available. It will be shipped 1 working day after receipt of complete order and acceptable artwork. (i.e.: an order received by 110:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday by end of day.) Order and acceptable art must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time. If order is received after 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern time, it will be considered received the following working day.

For all 24-hour rush orders, only one-color, one-location imprint is available. Laser engraving, debossing, foil embossing and screen printing are not available. Your request for this service - "24-Hour Special" or "24-Hour Rush" - constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without the approval of a paper proof or pre-production sample.
Subject to inventory availability and credit-established customers. Orders will be shipped by regular ground service unless specified on the order. Available on Catalog items where indicated.


Artwork:
Only vector art in EPS format is acceptable. Camera ready, separated, black & white art refers to slicks only, no photocopies or faxes. Art may be e-mailed to art@apspecialties.com. Files over 5Mb must be submitted using our file transfer site www.sendingart.com. Factory labor for additional artwork preparation time will be billed at $70.00/hr. Customer will be notified if additional work is required. Unless exact sizing is requested, art will be reduced or enlarged to appropriate size.

Paper Proofs:
"No charge" for first paper proof. Subsequent revisions due to customer requests will be charged at $7.00 for each revision.

Product Proofs:
$40.00 per color/position, plus cost of product and shipping costs.

PMS Color Match:
For pad printed items, all pricing includes 1-color, 1-location logo in stock colors. If specific PMS color match is requested, please add $.30.00 per color. A PMS match cannot be guaranteed for polypropylene products, (ie: folio's with poly covers, multi-desk supply boxes). For more information please see our catalog on Page 193.

Set-up & Run Charges:
1-color, 1-location printing is included on most products, some products have other decoration methods. Set-up fees listed are for each color, location, and logo: Set-Up Fee:
Pens: $40.00
Other Products: $50.00


Set-Up Fee:
2nd color, location all products: $30.00

Run Charge: 2nd color, location
5,000 quantity, all products: $0.20
500 quantity, all products: $0.30
Less than 500 quantity, all products: $0.40


Repeat Orders:
If exact reorder, set-up fee will be reduced by 50%.

Laser Engraving:
No 24-hour rush orders on laser engraving items. Laser engraving is included in the price of products where indicated. However, if the product states, “laser engraving available”, add $0.50 run fee for each location. Set-up fee: $50 per item for each location.

Foil Stamping/Hot Stamping:
Set-up fee: $50

Over/Underruns:
We make every effort to ship quantity ordered. However, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under runs.

Rush Orders:
See 24-Hour "Special" Service, and on the catalog page 3, for 3-5 Day "Rush" Service and 24-hour "Special" Service.

Minimum Quantity:
Less than catalog minimum quantities are available on most items. Add $75.00 per item. Absolute minimum is 50% of catalog minimum.

Shipping:
F.O.B. our factory in CA. Shipping will be best possible way unless otherwise requested. AP Specialties is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. Purchaser must file all claims with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns:
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to AP Specialties' error, will be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. A written authorization from AP Specialties is required prior to any returns. Merchandise not imprinted may be subject to a restocking fee.

Drop Shipments:
Multiple shipments may increase additional handling and freight charges. To expedite your order, labels supplied for each location are preferred.

Canceled Orders:
Cancellation charges will be determined by the costs that have been incurred at the time of cancellation.

Payment Terms:
Upon approved credit, terms are 1% discount if paid within 10 days of invoicing, net 30 days. All others must submit pre-payment with order. Production scheduling will not begin until all credit issues are settled.

Trademarks:
Factory presumes clients are authorized to use trademarks sent for production. We assume no liability in trademark and/or copyright disputes.
The logos, insignias, designs and trademarks printed on products shown in this catalog are reproduced only to show examples of our decorating capabilities. They are not presented for resale with these specific logos on them. They are not to be construed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owners.
